Preparing for a new journey

I am so grateful for the wonderful Mortgage Lender that I have been working with over the last year. Her name is Linda and she is located in Orem, Utah. I told her we are getting closer to our move back to Utah and asked her to look at my file again and see if there are programs that could help with down payments or that have 100% financing and she gave me several great options.

I was pre-approved last year but hadn't made the final decision whether Kam and I would continue to reside in Arizona or re-locate back to Utah. So it looks like we finally decided and I am so excited to be working wit Linda. She told me because she is working on the lending aspect of my next home purchase she also wants to help me by writing letters to Credit agencies to clean up my credit and get items removed that need to be removed. I was so grateful that she offered this service without a charge.

I feel so good about the direction I will be taking and the anticipation of being a home owner again. I owned a home in Sandy, Utah for 20 years and it was bitter sweet when I sold it in 2006. I was grateful that I knew the young couple I sold it to. I could have gotten much more for it had I sold it to a gentleman who wanted to purchase it for his mother but it was important to me to have a family own it. I raised all of my children in that homw with the exception of my youngest, Kameron. He completed 6th grade at Edgement Elementary prior to our move to Arizona.

I was fortunate enough to provide roots for my older three children who all went to the same schools until Brandon graduated from Jordan High in 2009. He also married two days after graduation.

Well, this is my first blog so I will end it with this great picture of me and my children. I am so blessed and grateful for where I have been , how far I have come and where I am headed.
