Monday during devotional one of the management team reminded us that we choose how we let others make us feel. This was so good to hear to reinforce the positive path I am on. I have written many goals and am doing a 30 day challenge with my Beach body group and it is enlightening how much one can learn about yourself and how goal setting sparks positive change. You know that there's something that needs change. It;s lurking and you don't want to deal with it and when it occurs to you, you shut the door and look the other way. I have been doing this for far too long and you know what? When I face it, I am going to not only solve the problem...but I am going to have peace like I could never believe before.

It is so much easier to manage things when you're facing them head on rather than trying to step around them and pretend everything is okay. There are always situations that we do our best to avoid. Give yourself a break. We all have things - but successful and happy people are honest with themselves, face their flaws and fears and work through them. And guess what - you're the kind of person who has proven you're not afraid of a challenge and you're serious about achieving amazing results.
Be brave and go for it! This is my new motto. I have much to do before we move back to Utah the end of May but am so glad that I have direction and am making small steps each day to realize my dreams and achieve my goals.
I can't wait to see what I am able to accomplish at the end of this 30 day challenge. Chalene Johnson is such an inspiration and I am glad my Cheetah exercise group put this challenge out there for me to participate. Who knows if I win, I will get an awesome t-shirt. I would do it even if Ashley didn't have a prize because it has been a long over due change that I needed most.
